SUBMISSION RULES & GUIDELINES


- The image must be a 72dpi jpeg (RGB), 500 x 500 pixels or a max file size of 150k. Your submitted jpeg MUST be 500 X 500 pixels square or it will looked stretched when posted! Increase your paper/canvas size to make it square and not your image. If you have questions on how to submit please email us: info@artcotic.com

All designs submitted to ARTCOTIC.COM must be the participating artists own original work and must not have been previously published. The designs submitted cannot contain copyrighted works, logos, trademarks or intellectual property of any third parties. All design submissions will undergo a preliminary review prior to posting. ARTCOTIC.COM has the right to refuse any design for any reason at any time.

- To submit an image you must first sign up to become a member of the ARTCOTIC community.

- After signing up you will be granted access to the SUBMIT A DESIGN section of the website. Just click the SUBMIT A DESIGN link & follow the simple instructions.

- A note on printing: We print using spot separations and we do not use 4 color process printing. Please keep all of the artwork to 7 colors or less. Please submit graphic art, illustrations, and black and white photographs. We can't print full color photographs.

All designs submitted to ARTCOTIC.COM must be the participating artists own original work and must not have been previously published. ARTCOTIC.COM has the right to refuse any design for any reason at any time. The submitting artist will maintain ownership of the design they submit, unless the design is chosen for printing and placement in the ARTCOTIC.COM store. If the design is chosen for the store, the design will become the rights of ARTCOTIC.COM and the artist will be paid the amount offered and will be considered “Work for Hire”. Therefore, ARTCOTIC.COM will retain exclusive rights to the design and has the right to make slight adjustments (size, color, etc…) to the selected designs for production purposes.

Submitting artists that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be excluded at anytime without a notification of reason.

Note: Artists who receive money and product from ARTCOTIC.COM will receive a 1099 Tax Document by February 1ST of the following year. The artist will be considered an Independent Contractor.
